Residents of Portland, Mrs. To and Mr. To, who subscribe to English Times, donated a 2005 Honda Civic. They initially contacted the Tzu Chi organization to donate, but when Tzu Chi couldn't accept the car, they referred the couple to us. We are grateful for their generosity and support.
